Downtown Medellin

Initially in our tour, we will experience Downtown Medellin: we will recognize it’s history, it’s culture, and art. Additionally, we will explore the most emblematic buildings, parks, and squares. Lastly, we will discover what day-to-day life is like at Downtown Medellin, where approximately 1’200.000 people move daily.

Public transportation

We will start our experience through the public transportation. First, we will take the train to the Comuna 13. Then, we will transfer to the cable car that will take us over the houses to reach one of the highest mountains of Medellin. There, we will understand how difficult the situation is in the highest neighborhoods and enjoy one of the best views of the city.

Comuna 13

Then we will visit the famous Outdoor Escalators, a unique project in the world also located in the Comuna 13. This area was previously one of the most dangerous in the city. During this phase of the tour, we will discuss the incredible history and the transformation process that it’s inhabitants experienced. Additionally, we will engage in an urban tour full of magic and color framed by the greatest amount of graffiti in all Medellin.

Finally, we will conclude our tour at the Comuna 13.
